Ps: All three of the Distinguished Scholars broke the IAFA’s long history of racial barriers. Wole Talabi is the IAFA’s first ever Continental African person to be a Distinguished Scholar, has broken a very obvious racial barrier. Jennifer Rhee is the first woman of Asian descent to be recognized as a Special Guest of any kind by the IAFA. Alec Nevala-Lee is the first person of Chinese descent to be recognized as a Distinguished Scholar.
